Responsibilities
- Producing documentation; including test plans, scripts and progress reports.
- Executing test scripts in both a manual and automated fashion.
- Managing issues identified via interfacing with both the build and customer team.
- Operating in a team environment, contributing to delivery, problem solving and team culture.
Requirements
- Leading or participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements
- Offering a consultative approach and listening to client requirements while still leading the client with guidance based on your experience
- Advising business users on best practices for D365 solution development or integration processes
- Designing, developing, testing, deploying and documenting D365 solutions, and facilitating these activities in a team environment
- Estimating task durations and management of resource time
- Ensuring consistent release management, change management and project approval processes
- Utilising 3rd party tools such as XRMToolbox for D365 administration if required
- Creating and coordinating the delivery of customisations including plug-ins, C#, JavaScript, .NET and HTML
- Maintain code repository including VSTS / DevOps source control and backlog
- Integration of D365 with other systems using Power Automate Flows, SSIS, Logic Apps and other products in the Power Platform
- Developing SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML
- Working closely with BI project teams or other resources for completion of projects related to D365
- 2+ years of experience in Dynamics 365
- Experience in customisations / plug-ins including C#, JavaScript, .NET and HTML
- Experience with D365 API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
- Excellent written and communication skills, primarily to articulate technical specifications
- Experience working with consulting services industry
