We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to lead functional analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, data migration, and go-live support across Finance and Supply Chain Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Inventory, Sales, Operations, and management stakeholders.
- Analyze current-state processes and design optimized future-state business processes using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Own functional solution design, fit-gap analysis, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.
- Lead configuration and validation of Finance and Supply Chain modules.
- Work closely with solution architects, technical consultants, developers, data migration teams, integration specialists, QA teams, and project managers.
- Recommend standard Dynamics 365 functionality before proposing customizations or extensions.
- Define security, legal entity, organizational, workflow, approval, and business-process requirements.
- Lead functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and defect resolution.
- Support data migration design, source-to-target mapping, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, mock migrations, and cutover.
- Prepare training materials, conduct user training, support go-live, and provide post-go-live stabilization.
- Mentor junior functional consultants and provide functional leadership across assigned workstreams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in ERP, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, or enterprise business applications consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Strong functional knowledge of Finance and Supply Chain Management.
- Demonstrable experience across GL, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, and Order Management.
- Experience with end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, and Inventory-to-Finance.
- Experience with data migration, source-to-target mapping, data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
- Experience with integrations and cross-functional Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Strong workshop facilitation, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

- Additional Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or related Business Applications certifications are an advantage.
