Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to Business Partners certified experts (ACSE)
- Resolve customer issues escalated by Alcatel-Lucent’s L1 L2 support center related to Alcatel- Lucent’s IP Networking product range (switch/router/WLAN) with sometimes direct assistance on customer site in case of urgent need
- Understanding of Ethernet and related technologies MPLS-TP/IP, Routing Protocols like OSPF, BGP and ISIS will be plus
- In depth knowledge of Optical technology and architecture (Long haul, Ultra Long haul, Submarine cable systems, CDC, Datacenter interconnect, fixed/flixible grid network, Coherent Optics etc) is must

- This position requires exceptional organizational, troubleshooting, and communication skills, as well as patience, persistence, and a desire to help customers achieve success with our products.
- BS degree, Engineering or University Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
- Certification on Data environment (ALE,Cisco)
- Knowledge of PC hardware and environment skills (installing and configuring boards, drives, software, Working knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix)
